The Daewoo DA5100-HC is a professional hydraulic hose crimping press designed for precise and repeatable crimping of hose diameters from 15 to 63 mm, with a maximum opening of 75 mm. Thanks to the robust crimping head and heavy-duty hydraulic construction, this machine is suitable for intensive daily use. The hose crimper is powered by a powerful 3 kW electric motor (380 V, 3-phase) and delivers a maximum crimping force of 500 tons at a system pressure of up to 53.5 MPa. The hydraulic pump has an oil output of 6 liters, ensuring stable and controlled crimping movements. Operation is via a clear control panel with pressure gauge and semi-automatic function. As standard, the DA5100-HC is supplied with 10 die sets, suitable for various hose diameters.
