Your Solid garden shed is made of FSC-certified wood, environmentally friendly and untreated. It measures 3.07 m in length, 2.09 m in width and 2.94 m in height. The walls and roof have a thickness of 16 mm. The garden shed of more than 7 m² is equipped with tilt-and-turn windows in tempered glass and a glass door. The roof is covered with Onduvilla sheets with a red, shaded roof-tile look. The roof pitch is 41° and the roof area is 9.52 m². It has a snow load of 75 kg/m². The permanent load capacity of the roof is 30 kg/m²; installing roof tiles (with a load of approx. 40 kg/m²) is not possible with this garden shed. The wooden garden shed is fitted with a very low aluminium threshold, making it easy to move a bicycle or lawnmower inside. The door is fitted with a cylinder lock with child-safety protection. A ventilation set is included with delivery. The garden shed consists of pre-assembled wooden panels that are placed against each other. Many accessories are available to complement your garden shed, such as a wood storage unit, shutters, a planter, extension cabinets or a floor. For installation of the garden shed, it is recommended to make a concrete foundation slab 307.7 cm long and 209.4 cm wide. If you do not wish to install a concrete slab, you can also use concrete blocks, pavers or concrete foundation piers. In addition, it is recommended to protect the garden shed by applying an anti-mould and insect-repellent treatment. The surface to be treated is 21.06 m². Assembly is easy thanks to the included, comprehensive manual.
